Who we are

Castmira is the trading name of Castmira LLC, a limited liability company licensed by Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) free zone, UAE, licence no. 2649520.01. Licensed activities include managing and operating a casting agency, managing and operating a modelling agency, and talent management. Registered address: Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "Castmira", "we" and "us" mean Castmira LLC.

For talent

• Joining Castmira is free. We never charge registration, portfolio or subscription fees.
• You must be 18 or over, live in the UAE, and be legally able to do the work you accept.
• Your profile details and photos must be your own, accurate and recent.
• Castmira earns a 15% commission on the talent fee for jobs booked through us. You see the rate before you accept.
• We pay you within 7 days of the client paying Castmira.
• Representation is non-exclusive unless we agree otherwise in writing. Jobs that come to you through Castmira clients should be booked through Castmira for 12 months.
• You can close your profile at any time.

For clients

• Bookings cost the talent fee plus a 20% Castmira booking fee, plus VAT where it applies.
• We invoice 50% on confirmation and the balance is due within 14 days of the job.
• Usage rights are as stated in the booking confirmation. Extra usage is quoted separately.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the job is charged at 50% of the talent fee; within 24 hours, 100%.
